How to Track Your Order

Tracking your order on Donvell is easy and simple. Just follow the steps below.

Access your Donvell dashboard to begin tracking.

Navigate to your orders list inside the dashboard.

Click “See Details” on the specific order you want to track.

View the current status and complete tracking history.

Once your order is shipped, your package number will be sent to you via email.

Simply enter this number into Donvell’s Package Tracking Page to view the latest updates.

Business days are Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Donvell World's delivery timelines apply to orders placed before 4 PM. Orders placed after 4 PM will have an additional day added.
