Delivery charges vary based on the destination of your order. The final delivery fee is calculated according to the delivery location. As a result, delivery costs are not fixed and may differ from one area to another.
Are all items purchased online covered by a warranty? ▼
Products sold directly by Donvell are sourced from authorized distributors, and some devices come with a manufacturer’s warranty. In addition, we offer an 8-day standard return policy for eligible items. To initiate a return, please ensure the product meets the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. All orders include free insurance coverage against theft and damage during transit.
How will the delivery be done? ▼
Most deliveries are handled through DOS Delivery Courier. As a marketplace, our featured sellers may also use other reputable couriers or deliver orders directly. We recommend pre-paying for your order via donvell.com.ng (ATM or cash deposit/transfer) to benefit from our Buyer Protection Program. Some deliveries may be fulfilled through third-party couriers at no additional cost.

Does Donvell deliver internationally? ▼
donvell.com.ng does not deliver items internationally. You are welcome to make purchases from anywhere in the world, but the delivery address must be within Nigeria.
